Cataract & Presbyopia Surgery

Cataract surgery replaces the eye’s clouded natural lens with an artificial intraocular lens (IOL). Multifocal / extended-depth-of-focus lenses can improve near, intermediate, and distance vision, reducing dependence on glasses. The right lens depends on your eyes, daily activities, and night-vision needs — chosen together after examination.

Why here

Cataract and presbyopia care is a core focus of our center. Our Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital-trained surgeons guide lens selection and perform surgery, with a wide range of premium IOLs. For international (non-Korean-insured) patients, cataract surgery is a self-pay procedure.
