FAQ

What is the difference between PanOptix and PanOptix PRO?

PRO is the next-generation version with improved PanOptix optics that reduce light scatter. St. Mary's Jin Eye Center carries both lenses and recommends one according to your eye condition.

I drive a lot at night. Is it suitable for me?

Due to the nature of trifocal lenses, halos may appear around light sources at night. If you drive at night frequently, we recommend a comparison consultation with the extended-depth-of-focus (EDOF) family.

Can different lenses be used in each eye?

Yes. In some cases a mix-and-match combination is used depending on the dominant and non-dominant eye, decided based on the examination results.

The final lens choice is made after reviewing detailed corneal, retinal, and biometry test results together with your lifestyle. The actual surgery takes about 10 minutes per eye and you go home the same day. For pricing, please call 02-577-7782.
