常见问题
接受治疗需要韩国医疗保险吗？ 不需要。视力矫正手术在韩国属于非医保项目，没有韩国保险的国际患者可以与本地患者以相同的公示价格接受所有服务。详情请参见我们的 价格指南 。
如何付款？ 我们接受主要国际信用卡及现金（韩元）支付，并会提供明细收据，您可将其提交给本国的保险公司报销。
真的可以一次行程就完成所有流程吗？ 大多数手术都可以。一般来说，访客会在周初完成术前检查和手术，按计划参加术后复查，并在约一周的观察期后即可获准返程。
贵眼科诊所支持哪些语言？ 诊所现场提供英语咨询服务，我们的在线聊天可全天候（24/7）以英语、中文、日语、蒙古语和印度尼西亚语回复。如提前预约，也可安排其他语种的现场口译。
我可以拿到自己的病历吗？ 可以。我们会提供一份英文版的检查结果、手术详情及用药清单摘要，方便您回国后由当地眼科医生继续进行术后随访。

初次就诊需要携带什么？ 请携带您的护照、现有的眼镜或隐形眼镜处方（如有），以及您正在服用的药物清单。如果您佩戴隐形眼镜并计划进行激光视力矫正筛查，请在预约时告知我们——为确保角膜测量数据准确，可能需要您提前停戴隐形眼镜。
Do you speak English? Yes. Our staff can assist you in English, and consultations are also available in Chinese and Mongolian. You are welcome to message us in English on WhatsApp before your visit, and an interpreter will be arranged for your appointment.
How long do I need to stay in Korea for LASIK or SMILE? Please plan for a few days. If the examination confirms you are suitable, the procedure can often be done on the same day, and a follow-up check is needed before you fly home. Your exact schedule is confirmed after the examination, so please tell us your travel dates when you book and we will plan around them.
Can I have surgery on the same day as my examination? In most cases, yes. If you follow our contact lens instructions before you travel and the examination confirms you are suitable, surgery can be done on the same day as the examination, depending on the schedule. The examination takes about 1 hour and the consultation and consent about 1 hour. LASEK takes about 5 minutes, SMILE about 10 minutes and EVO ICL about 30 minutes, followed by 30 to 60 minutes of rest before you leave. Your surgeon makes the final decision based on your examination results.
How far is the clinic from Gangnam Station? About a 5-minute walk from Exit 5 of Gangnam Station (Seoul Subway Line 2 and Shinbundang Line). The address is 337 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul. Reception is on the 1st floor, with consultation and surgery on the 4th and 5th floors.
Do you accept international patients? Yes. St. Mary’s Jin Eye Center is registered with the Korean government as a medical institution for international patients. We see patients from overseas for SMILE, LASEK, LASIK, EVO ICL and cataract surgery, and we can correspond by email or WhatsApp before you travel.
